Chapter 2: The Perfect Dream

3 min

After leaving WentUrc, the divine did not immediately create a new world.

The divine let the heart slowly grow still, like the surface of the sea after a storm, letting the thoughts that had once collided with and covered one another return to their places one by one, as if scattered stars were returning to an invisible star map.

“Beauty cannot merely appear,” the divine whispered.

That voice was like light falling into water, without echo, yet spreading layer after layer.

“It must be borne, understood, and gently preserved.”

So, in this contemplation, the divine set rhythm into thought. It was like giving depth to breath and marking intervals for a heartbeat.

The divine gave boundaries to imagination and wrote sequence into dreams, so that every thought would know when to be born, when to remain, and when to step aside.

When the first clear and steady thought took form, Revaea was born.

Revaea did not surge out of chaos. It slowly unfolded from an ordered will.

It was like a score already fully written, where every note knew where it should sound, when to rise, when to quiet, and when to become a low turning murmur in the background.

The sky was given a constant color. It was a blue deep but not dark, bright but not sharp, as if it were forever held between morning and noon.

The stars moved along quiet tracks, yielding to one another in the night, no longer competing for the place of light.

The wind was no longer willful. It only brushed across the earth when it was needed, stroking blades of grass, carrying cloud shadows, and never disturbing a dream that was taking shape.

There were still dreams here.

But dreams no longer tore at one another. They would draw near, answer one another, and slowly merge in mutual understanding, finally becoming a complete and coherent narration.

“This time, you may take your time.”

The divine spoke softly to the world.

In Revaea, will was no longer an uncontrolled flood, but an echo that could resonate with others.

One person’s thought would find a place in another person’s heart, like a puzzle piece settling into the exact gap meant for it, instead of being covered or erased.

And so a community formed naturally.

Souls whose thoughts were close drew one another in, like drops of water joining the surface of a lake, like rays of light weaving themselves into a net, forming the first dream ring.

There was no command here, and no compulsion.

Only understanding and choice.

“I am here, and I have been heard.”

Someone whispered while the morning mist had not yet dispersed.

“I have not lost myself, and yet I am no longer alone.”

Another voice answered from farther away.

The divine quietly watched all of this.

This time, the divine did not feel tired.

Revaea rested in a lasting and gentle peace. There were no violent transformations here, and no miracles running out of control.

All changes were allowed to happen, but before they happened, they first had to learn how to respect one another.

And yet, because of this, Revaea also quietly lost certain things.

Those unpolished ecstasies, those blossoms that cared nothing for consequence, those freedoms that belonged only to an instant and took responsibility for no future.

The divine understood this.

The divine sighed softly, like night wind sweeping over water, but did not regret it.

“Perfection is not everything,” the divine murmured.

“But at least, it can keep dreams from being wounded again.”

And so Revaea became the world within light. It became the symbol of order and the place where the future could be set down.

And beneath that constant blue, the divine’s gaze turned once more toward the distance.

There, WentUrc was still breathing alone.
